HOW COMPUTER USER KEEP EYES HEALTHY

TODAY A VERY LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE ARE USING COMPUTER INDIVIDUALLY OR IN ORGANISATIONS. EXCESSIVE AND CONTINUOUS USE OF COMPUTERS AFFECTS OURS EYES BADLY. USING FEW TIPS IN OUR DAILY ROUTINE , WE CAN DECREASE THE BAD EFFECTS OF COMPUTER ON OUR EYES.


THESE ARE FEW OF THEM :
 1.ALWAYS SIT STRAIGHT AND NEVER SIT CONTINUOUSLY ON CHAIR FOR LONG TIME.WHILE DOING YOUR WORK OCCASIONALLY MOVES YOUR NECK FORWARD AND BACK , LEFT AND RIGHT. 
2.KEEP A DISTANCE OF 25-30 INCH BETWEEN EYES AND MONITOR.
3.ALWAYS TAKE DEEP BREATHS WHILE WORKING ON COMPUTER AS IT FASTEN THE BLOOD STREAM DUE TO WHICH EYES FEEL RELAXED.
4.ALWAYS TAKE A GOOD DEEP SLEEP FOR 8 HOURS .IT LESSEN THE FATIGUE IF EYES.
